All shipments moving to or via European Ports must be electronically pre-declared to EU Customs before cargo can be shipped.  We as a Customs bonded NVOCC may do this
on your behalf.  Critical to the declaration exact Shipper, Consignee and cargo information.  As NVOCC Vanguard can only declare the information as supplied by our
customer. 
All fines relating to inaccurate information will be for the account of our customer. We therefore require you to provide the following information
either on your own Company paperwork or by returning this form completed.

We do not need to know the inner packaging of crates or liftvans as they are accepted as packages.
Description of goods: (must be precise) - we cannot show generic descriptions such as "auto parts", "clothing", "food stuffs", "machinery" or chemicals and harmonized tariff
